To all of our fans, friends, and anyone else reading this…
I am still reeling from the news of the loss of my sweet angel friend and costar in BVD, Cynthia Myers. Thank you for all of your communication regarding this sad event. Last nite I watched some of the clips, as well as the interview with the two of us on the BVD DVD.
As hard as it was to watch it rolled me back in time when we had “the time of our lives”. Times shared, without a care and free of the painful knowledge that times to come would not be, quite so “carefree”.
In Cynthia’s case, a real Angel is joining the Land of Angels where she will Rest In Peace and again be carefree. She will be deeply missed.

First of all, please accept my condolences on the passing of your good friend. Like many others, I somehow want to believe that I actually know you and Cynthia (and many others) after watching you countless times in films. Cynthia seemed so powerful, yet so innocent. Thankfully we will have the priceless memories of her work and talent to remember her by. She will be missed. Thank you for remembering her and sharing your thoughts.

I want to give my condolences to your and her family. I remember emailing her several times and she always responded back with such warmth and such grace. I will treasure that forever. I never met her in person. I will say this about her. Cynthia Myers was a very classy lady. She will definently be missed.

I only just now “got the news” about dear Cyn–how sadly appropriate to learn of her passing on the first day of December. (For those few Erica Gavin website visitors who don’t already know: Cynthia Myers was Playboy’s Playmate of the Month for December 1968.)
I remember a time years ago when I “hung out” with you and Cynthia at a show in North Hollywood. It was fun; you were chatty and spirited and Cynthia was glowing and irresistible. At one point, she gave me some money to buy you some lunch. I came back with somethin’ special and you were so grateful. And Cynthia was so pleased by my gallantry in this and more that she kissed me. I can still feel that kiss. I’ll never forget her…
So this is just my friendly contribution to your site, E, to tell you–with tears in my eyes–that I miss her, too.
